Reviews and Ratings <br />
My stay at the resort was a mixed bag. While the ocean views from our room were fantastic and really added to the experience, the service left much to be desired. The staff seemed indifferent, especially during meals. Overall, it's a place with great potential but could really improve on customer service.
Overall, my stay was quite refreshing with a clean and spacious one-bedroom apartment that boasted a large spa. The views from the balcony were stunning and the amenities like the pool and outdoor spa made for an enjoyable experience. However, access to nearby attractions required a bit of a walk, making the location less than ideal for spontaneous outings. Furthermore, while the restaurant served decent meals, it wasn't exceptional for the pricing.
I had a wonderful stay at this resort, with clean and spacious apartments that offered stunning views of the Whitsundays. The staff was extremely welcoming and even helped us with transportation around the hillside property. However, the breakfast buffet was somewhat limited, and Wi-Fi could be slow at times. Overall, it's a great place for relaxation and value for money.
My stay at Peppers Airlie Beach was a mix of positives and negatives. While the apartment provided stunning views and was well-furnished, my experience with the service and dining was disappointing. The steep location offers great views but can be a workout, and the breakfast options didn’t meet my expectations. Overall, I found some value for money, but there are areas that really need improvement.
Overall, my stay at Peppers Airlie Beach was enjoyable, with stunning views and a nice location among lush greenery. The rooms were spacious and modern, but I found the supply of essentials severely lacking. The service from the staff was friendly, but there were some communication issues regarding extra charges that left a sour note. While the pool area was beautiful and well-maintained, I had higher expectations for a resort of this caliber.
